SUMMARY
when trying to use keyboard shortcuts(both ctrl, alt and fn), it simply doesn't
work.
the shortcuts are registered, and re-registering doesn't fix it
keyboard shortcuts works on other applications including other kde apps and the
desktop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open dolphin
2. try to use a keyboard shortcut
OBSERVED RESULT
keyboard shortcut aren't activated
fx:
ctrl-t doesn't open new tab
EXPECTED RESULT
ctrl-open new tap
