Cell commands appearing above code
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Type in enough code to make a cell span two lines
2. Hover mouse over cell
OBSERVED RESULT
The cell commands (Evaluate, Drag, Remove) appear on top of my code, making it
hard to read.
EXPECTED RESULT
The cell commands should not appear on top of code
