On desktop versions, I can drag-and-drop actions in the Configure Toolbar
dialogue. But I wasn't able to do so in the Android version. Actions could be
dragged, but they could not be dropped. I can only use the arrow buttons in the
middle of the dialogue to arrange actions.
Tested with:
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 with One UI 5.0 (Android 13)
Krita 5.1.2 and Krita Next (2022-12-10)
