Info sidebar doesn't remember its size
SUMMARY
The width of the Info sidebar should be remembered and restored if the Info
sidebar is opened again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an image
2. Open the Info sidebar showing Metadata
3. Resize the sidebar
4. Close the sidebar
5. Open the sidebar again
OBSERVED RESULT
The sidebar is restored to its default width.
EXPECTED RESULT
The sidebar should remember the size the user chose before.
