STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discovery
2. Click "Fetch updates" button in lower left menu
OBSERVED RESULT
1. Fetching starts and keeps fetching without end at about 95% of the progress
bar, showing the message: "Fetching updates..." even after closing and
re-opening the GUI app.
2. Also notice that "Applications" category keeps loading, showing the message
"Still looking...", while the other two named "Application Addons" and "Plasma
Addons" do finish loading and display their listed items.
EXPECTED RESULT
1. Fetching updates completes at 100% and loads results.
2. The Applications category show the listed items after loading items.
