Normalize (2 pass) doesn't work. Analyze gives empty result
And the 'Target Program Loudness' slider does not change the output audio
volume.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In a new project add a clip
2. Add Normalize (2 pass) effect, click analyze
3. Save project file
OBSERVED RESULT
Saved xml output contains empty results tag: <property name="results"/>
EXPECTED RESULT
Saved xml output should contain some loudness value in results tag:
<property name="results">L: -5.799080 R: 4.819072 P
0.965128</property>
