STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a new tab and move your mouse on it to show the tooltip "New tab"
2. Switch to another desktop using keyboard shortcut or overview.
3. The tooltip will travel to new desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
Firefox tooltip will be visible to another desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip should not be visible to another desktop

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.15.0-52-generic
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.7
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using kde neon user edition based on the ubuntu 22.04. System is completely up
to date. Bug happens on both x11 and Wayland.
