SUMMARY
When trying to open a PDF file (by clicking on it) in a folder whose name
starts with "#" on a USB thumbdrive, it will instead open and display images
that are on the same thumbdrive (tried with .jpeg and .jpg). The same PDF can
be open normally in the "file/open" menu.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new folder on a USB drive and name it #
2. Place a PDF file in this folder and a few JPG files anywhere on the same
thumbdrive
3. Open the PDF by clicking on it
OBSERVED RESULT
The images are displayed
EXPECTED RESULT
The PDF should be displayed

Windows 11 Professional, Version 21H2 (build 22000.1098)
(Okular's bug report window indicates Windows 10 Version 2009 (x86_64). I don't
know if it's relevant)
