SUMMARY
Sometimes Dolphin's title bar gets black on maximize. If you have it minimized
and you want to maximize it with a click from the panel, the title bar is gone
and gets black and the side panel gets shrinked. Here's a screenshot of the
problem:

Here's my side panel width and compare it with the upper screenshot where it's
shrinked a lot:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Dolphin minimized.
2. Maximize it.
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
No title bar but a black panel and the side panel is shrinked.
EXPECTED RESULT
To have a title bar and don't reset my side panel width.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.99.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This problem appeared with 5.26 and there's no such problem in all previous
Plasma versions.
