When I type "mozilla" into krunner the "windows" category is first. It seems to work fine for other applications though. However, this is not always the case when searching using Kickoff. If I type in "mozilla" into Kickoff's search my open windows for firefox shows. For some applications I can type the title of an open window and it will show up first in the list, but not always. For example, Qalculate! will never show the the open window first, it will it krunner but not in kickoff. So maybe this is just a problem with kickoff then? I don't see a category for Kickoff so leave it as a krunner bug for now.
