When I click the APPLICATION MENU, SETTINGS is missing from the list. If this is by design putting SETTINGS into SYSTEM TOOLS, why ever would SYSTEM SETTINGS not be in SYSTEM TOOLS? STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Update Fedora. 2. Click the launcher to open Application Menu. 3. Notice SETTINGS is missing. OBSERVED RESULT SETTINGS menu is missing. EXPECTED RESULT SETTINGS menu shown.
