Unfortunately this very annoying issue is impossible to truly fix with the
current broken-by-design system of mapping containments to screens. We are
rewriting it to work properly in Plasma 5.27. My apologies this happened, and
hopefully issues of this nature will finally be completely fixed for good in
Plasma 5.27.
