SUMMARY
Skanlite content auto-detection is working fine.
But it automatically selects the detected elements for content cropping when
trying to make a full scan.
There are 2 problems with this:
1. It autoselects elements.
2. Only the element at the top gets selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click Preview.
2. Click Scan.

OBSERVED RESULT
Skanlite automatically selects the detected elements for content cropping when
trying to make a full scan.
Only top element is selected.
Scanned document is a tiny portion of the document.

EXPECTED RESULT
Whole document gets scanned unless user selects elements for cropping.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
