The light mode popup
SUMMARY
Popups are in light-mode while IDE is in dark-mode
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install kdevelop
2. Change to the Breeze Dark theme
3. Hover a Class or something in the Editor window
OBSERVED RESULT
Popup window is in light mode
EXPECTED RESULT
Popup window is in dark mode
