Bug ID: 460201 Summary: Dolphin displays an overly prominent 'user canceled action' error message when a file drag and drop menu is closed Classification: Applications Product: dolphin Version: 22.04.1 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: get.so...@gmail.com CC: kfm-de...@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Drag and drop a file within dolphin window, and the user is given a pop-up menu to move/copy/link. If the user decides to ignore the menu and close it, Dolphin displays a very prominent error message that slides down from the top saying "user canceled action". Is that really necessary? In my opinion, that message is invasive, does not offer much value, does not close with escape key and is an inconvenience. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
