SUMMARY
bugs.kde.org doesn't how the bug's title if Javascript is disabled. I often
browse bugs.kde.org with Javascript disabled and it's pretty annoying.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable Javascript, go to any bug, for example,
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=453111
2. The bug title isn't shown, the site just shows blank space there
EXPECTED RESULT
bugs.kde.org should show bug's title even with Javascript disabled.
