Consider the pdflatex microtype manual
(http://ftp.fernuni-hagen.de/ftp-dir/pub/mirrors/www.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/microtype/microtype.pdf),
page 4. There are clickable links on the left hand side. When opening the
document in Adobe Acrobat, clicking on these links changes the look of the text
in the main document. When opening it in Okular, there is no change visible.
This is supposedly a PDF 1.5 feature. It would be great if Okular could support
it. (The current PDF version is 1.7)
