[krita] [Bug 459243] I cant open the "Render Animation..." menu window under the file tab. Although I can see it there(the letters are gray) I can't interact with it. I have tried restarting my computer and even uninstalling krita but it's still the same. I tried ffmpeg too.

layer docker capture

The option will be grayed out if there is no animation data in the file.

Open Timeline Docker
Select a frame and add an "empty animation frame"
If done correctly the layer will display an additional animation icon as
displayed.

After that the option should not be grayed out.
