Thanks for your report!
I can not reporduce the problem. I simply created a black color clip, put it to
the timeline and applied the effect on it and could see scrach lines. The are
not very big, you may need to adjust the parameters to make them more
intensive.
Could you please check again? If there is still no change, please give a more
detailed description (eg. a step by step instruction) and maybe provide
screenshots or screen records to illustrate the problem.
Remember to set the status of this report back to REPORTED if it still happens
with the latest version or otherwise close it as RESOLVED FIXED
