STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Wndow Decorations KCM
2. click on 'Get new window decorarions...' button
3. search for 'klassy' window decoration and install it
4. close 'Get new window decorations' window
OBSERVED RESULT
Klassy window decoration is not available for selection in Window Decorations
KCM

Klassy window decoration is available for selection
