This sets the progress manager to "100%" and exits. It is unknown why that probably no longer works for you, there were no program changes here. It is clear, the thumbnail creation will be fully processed. No matter how many files or types, the problem cannot be reproduced here. There were already strange effects with Qt-5.15.5 (QTreeWidget crash), let's see if I can reproduce it when openSUSE switches to Qt-5.15.6.
