SUMMARY
If there is .part file of the file you are trying to download or if it is
enough to have same filename before .part, I am not sure about that.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start uploading file to PC from another device (android phone in my case)
2. Stop download so there's partially download file left (in my case download
just stopped and there were no data going for some reason)
3. Try to upload same file again
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Connect crashes every time you try to upload file.
EXPECTED RESULT
File either continues downloading or downloading starts from the beginning.
