STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open split view
2. Open tree view
3. Open a folder
4. Drag a file from the other pane and drop somewhere into the expanded tree
node
OBSERVED RESULT
The file is copied to the parent folder _unless_ the drop is precisely on the
name of the folder (rather than the expanded tree node area)
EXPECTED RESULT
File should target the expanded folder as long as the drop is somewhere within
the expanded tree node area
