Kate has a desktop file name called "org.kde.kate.desktop", but Kate reports
through KAboutData to be: "org.kate-editor.kate".
This means that the windowing system is not able to match the window to an
application.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Plasma Wayland
2. Launch Kate
Actual Results:
no icon in window decoration and in task manager
Expected Results:
Icon in window decoration and task manager
