STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 monitors at same resolution
2. Set the left monitor to landscape and right monitor to portrait
3. Align the monitors on the bottom edge (instead of the default top edge)

OBSERVED RESULT
Everything being displayed on the left (landscape) monitor except the mouse
gets shown in the wrong location though the mouse interaction is based on where
things SHOULD be displayed as opposed to where they are actually being
displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Still have everything displayed in the correct location on the monitor and have
the mouse location align with the everything else being displayed.
