We can know programmatically if Night Color is inhibited, but we can't know
what inhibited it or why. Seems like an oversight in the protocol tbh. Later
I'll try to add app name and reason arguments to the protocol, and fix all
usages in KDE to match. By the way, does anything outside KDE use Night Color
inhibition?
