Not really, disabling org.freedesktop.secrets in kwallet is a workaround at
best.
This suggests that kwallet doesn't start properly if another secrets
implementation is already running, but I can't reproduce that. If gnome-keyring
or keepassxc is already running kwallet starts fine, it just doesn't register
the secrets interface
