That's not a file description; it's just the normal message box and it's
ignored completely when uploading a file.
For some reason the file you're trying to send doesn't exist, which I can't
reproduce. Can you still reproduce this? if so, does it also happen with the
nightly flatpak? https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Flatpak
