STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the English spellchecker in Kate.
2. Type "There’s nothing wrong with this sentence" into an empty document.

OBSERVED RESULT
“There’s” is labelled as misspelled.

EXPECTED RESULT
“There’s” not a misspelling.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.97
Qt Version: 5.15.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Every word with a ’ (U+2019) character is treated as misspelled. The same word
with ' works as expected. Other text editors handle both apostrophe characters
just fine.
