created commands dissapear.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add new groups + commands to the quick commands plugin
2. Close konsole
3. Open konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
half of all the groups and commands are suddenly gone
EXPECTED RESULT
The added group + commands remain together with the previous groups and
commands that have been created before.

Linux/KDE Plasma: kali linuix 2022.3
