STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Start dragging an item such that it passes over the Dolphin window while
being dragged
OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin enters Selection mode.
EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin doesn't enter selection mode.
