no title in the header bar of 'Get new boot splash screens' window
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Boot Splash Screen kcm
2. click on 'Get new boot splash screens' button
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
GHNS window without a title in its header opens. Please see the attached
screenshot.
EXPECTED RESULT
title in the header bar, like all other GHNS windows
