It seems to me that such a function is unnecessary.
The button means "Previous Track", not "Previous track, but if more than 5
seconds have passed, then repeat the song".
If you need to go back to the beginning of the track after it ends, then there
is a "Repeat playback" button.
The current function is misleading.
