Sorry, but I don't see how this question is answering my ask to provide an example for the input data, etc. We'll be able to generate plots like on the screenshot on https://sigrok.org/wiki/PulseView or on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_timing_diagram for example, yes. And I think whatever the "transformation" is required for this, this should also be doable but I need to see the input data.
