STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install khotkeys
2. Boot KDE Plasma 5 on a wayland session
3. The khotkeys 'custom shortcuts' configuration option does not appear
OBSERVED RESULT
Custom shortcuts do not appear
EXPECTED RESULT
The custom shortcuts menu appears and functions like X.org
