Night color stopped activating on schedule as I had it set. I then tried to
manually set it to always on, and all the available settings subsequently and
none of them appear to work.
When adjusting the color temperature slider the screen does momentarily respond
to the chosen value but immediately returns to the unaffected temperature and
applying the new value produces no change.
The night color icon persists in my system tray and is always grayed out.

1. Activate night color with any activation time
