STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a Flatpak app update
2. Click "Update All"
3. Click "Cancel"
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing observable happens. The update continues and after it is "finished" the
update is still available
EXPECTED RESULT
The update process is cancelled
