I can confirm this bug on Fedora 36, Dolphin 22.04.1. The "Paste One File"
option does not appear in the context menu.
It is definitely caused by the "Full row highlight implementation". Even "drag
and drop" has a malfunction. Let's say I started Dolphin twice. When I drag a
file from one "Dolphin" to another and drop the file in a row which shows a
directory, the file will be copied accidently to that directory.
