hi Emily,
The krita development community uses English, not Portuguese. Google translate
tells me you wrote
"Whenever I did animations in Krita, it never crashed when there was still
memory, but recently I went to do some animations and the frames crashed when
playing, even with a lot of memory space. I made the animation on another pc
and the same error occurred again."
which is absolutely not enough information to even begin to guess what's up.
You should:
* make this file available
* add the contents of help->system information for bug reports
* add the contents of help->krita log for bug reports
And, if you're on Windows, the contents of %APPDATA%\kritacrash.log
This information should be added as attachment, not a comment.
