After run and close the ksysguard the process kgglobalacel5 still retained in
the memory.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run ksysguard;
2. Close ksysguard;
3. Check in the htop the kgglobalacel5 process still running.
OBSERVED RESULT
The kgglobalacel5 process still running after run and close the ksysguard.
EXPECTED RESULT
End the process kgglobalacel5 after close the ksysguard.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 36
KDE Plasma Version: Plasma 5.25.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I think it is necessary to end the kgglobalacel5 process because several users
to use Window Manger or others DE's side-by-side with KDE Plasma.
