Sorry, but this simply doesn't provide us with enough information to do
anything with this report. Hardware, tablet brand and model, driver versions,
operating system, whether it happens with all brush presets or only one, system
information from the help menu, which recording software you're using, whether
it still happens, whether it also happens with the latest nightly builds...
