Hi,
if you open the notification panel of kde connect colicking on the icon,
re-clicking on the icon it do not close as expected. I have to switch on
another panel like WiFi in order to close the panel.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click the icon of kde connect in system try (open the panel)
2. re-click the icon of kde connect in system try (do not close the panel)
