SUMMARY
If the emoji picker does not fit onto the screen (like with the smaller
reaction picker version, or if the width is too small), then the emoji
categories are hard to navigate on Desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open reaction picker
2. Try to navigate to other categories
OBSERVED RESULT
Navigating via upwards/downwards mouse scroll does not work.
Only left/right mouse scroll works.
EXPECTED RESULT
Navigating via upwards/downwards mouse scroll should behave like left/right
mouse scroll.
