Bug ID: 455804 Summary: Multiple middle-clicks open only one window Product: kde Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: unassigned-b...@kde.org Reporter: david.cortes.riv...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY If I quickly middle-click an app icon in the taskbar more than once and there are no active windows of said app already opened, it will open only one window of the app. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Configure the taskbar to use the icons-only task mager. 2. Configure the task manager to launch a new instance of applications when middle-clicking the icon. 3. Pin dolphin or similar to the taskbar. 4. Quickly middle-click the dolphin icon twice. 5. Repeat the previous step, but this time with one dolphin window already opened. OBSERVED RESULT If I quickly middle-click the icon twice when no previous window has been opened, it will open only one window. If I quickly middle-click the icon twice while there's at least one window of the app already opened, it will open two new windows as expected. EXPECTED RESULT Should always open two new windows, since I made two clicks.
