SUMMARY
While KWin has implemented keyboard shortcuts inhibit
(https://wayland.app/protocols/keyboard-shortcuts-inhibit-unstable-v1), similar
needs for this still exists for application under XWayland (e.g. VMWare). GNOME
has implemented this a while ago
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=783342).
