This is relatively easy for the Processes page; you click "Configure Columns"
and change "Total CPU Usage" to be "Line chart (scaled to 100%).
On the History page with graphs it's more difficult as you will need to click
"Edit Page", click on the graph, remove the individual CPU sensors and replace
them with a single total averaged CPU sensor
