SUMMARY
Usually, the mouse switches to a hover icon when hovering over a user,
indicating that clicking does something. But when hovering over a user in the
join/leave messages, the mouse does not switch its icon, despite clicking doing
the same action.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over a user name or avatar in a join/leave message
OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse icon does not change

Mouse icon should change
