When dragging a window, I would expect that the 'trigger' for changing/creating
desktops would be the mouse pointer, not the center of the window. This could
cause a problem where if you grab the window by the corners, even if you have
your mouse pointer on desktop 3, the window will be moved to desktop 2.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Overview effect
2. Grab window by the corner
3. Move mouse over do "desktop 3"
OBSERVED RESULT
The window will be moved to desktop 2
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should be moved to desktop 3
