Yeah, sounds like it's not the same issue.
When you encounter this issue, please launch discover with only one backend,
going through all the individual backends one by one. You can see the list of
backends with `plasma-discover --listbackends` Eventually you will find the
stuck backend. Once you do, please file a new bug report about it.
