See https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports *** When performing a search for files or folders the context menu entry "Create new" is disabled. This affects all tabs open at the moment of search. The error cannot be resolved by restarting, thus it's somewhat persistent. WORKAROUNDS - open a new tab - go back and forth in any tab already open STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Press 'ctrl-f' and enter any search term 2. Start the search with 'enter' 3. Open the context menu via right click in any folder 4. Notice the disabled entry 'Create new' ('F10' shortcut also not working anywhere) OBSERVED RESULT Cannot create new files. EXPECTED RESULT Creating new files working fine in all tabs except the search results.
